I have lost another 2 lbs. I made it through a weekend away with teenagers and still lost. I was excited to be able to stay on track even when I was around teenagers that eat anything and everything.
I have entered a 5K taking place in May. I am trying to run and walk 5K at least 4 times a week. This week I have been sick so that has not happened. I am getting back into the groove.
